Turf Care Program Late Winter/Early Spring
Balanced slow-release fertilizers to help strengthen cell development of the plant. Designed not to cause excessive spring growth.

Pre-emergent crabgrass control and broadleaf weed control when weather is permitting.

Late Spring/Early Summer
High potssium fertilizer and broadleaf weed control applied.

Summer
Low nitrogen rates with balanced non-burning sulfate and surface insect control, as needed. Targeted weed control.

Grub Control
Preventative grub application usually in conjunction with summer visit.

Late Summer/Early Fall
Balanced fertilizer to promote vigor. Targeted weed control and surface insect control, as needed.

Late Fall/ Early Winter
Heavy rate of balanced fertilizer to help strengthen root development.

Dormant Application
When soil temperatures fall below 43 degrees, winterizer fertilizer will be applied to help promote more disease resistant turf.


Payment Options

1). Per Service When service is performed, and invoice will be left at the door. Payment is due upon receipt of services. A 1.5% service charge will be added per month for late payments.

2). Monthly Monthly payments are based on the total annual cost divided by the number of remaining months of the year. Monthly payments are interest free. However, a 1.5% service charge will be added per month for late payments.

3). Prepay Hassel free, pay for annual services in advance
